Master's Hammer & Chisel Review (UPDATED MARCH 10, 2016!!!!)









If you are looking for a program that is going to kick your butt into REAL shape, or need something more challenging that your current workout program, or you just want to get totally ripped, then The Master’s Hammer and Chisel program is what you’ve been waiting for. I just completed the 60-Day program and can honestly say it’s the real deal.  So much so, that I started it over from the top to get more of the same results. Prior to January 4th I had completed 4 rounds of Body Beast and was eager to see what adding Autumn’s Chisel workouts and color coded portion control nutrition plan would do for me. I knew I would love Sagi’s Hammer workouts and I wasn’t disappointed. The Chisel aspect was challenging for me as there was more balance and cardio type workouts than I was used to with Body Beast.  But after the 1st couple weeks I had the hang of it and started to notice a change in my body.  After bulking up (gained about 12 lbs.) with Body Beast my body reacted almost immediately to the change of pace.  I ended up losing about 4 lbs. but got cut and can see definite improvements in my abs, back, & legs.

There are a few advanced exercises in this workout that could be new to some people. So, you might struggle a little the first few times until you get the hang of it. Be patient and use modifications if you need them.  All workouts show a modifier that is working the same muscle group in a little different manner but they are just as effective. At the end of the day, just show up, push play, follow the nutrition guide, and do the best you can.  After 60 days you’ll be amazed at your transformation and be thirsty for more!
